I'm training this guy how to close and he's working with me Tuesday night. Hes been working here for about 3 weeks now, opening mainly. He is familiar with our motel computer program enough to work by himself. I trained him last night for the 2nd time and he did alright, mainly messed up on the closing reports and setting up the lobby for breakfast.

I'm thinking of buying him dinner and leave early for the meet. I would write detailed instructions so he doesn't mess up and come back to the motel to make sure everything is copacetic.

We'll see what he says and if he feels comfortable working by himself.
