Botak BBQ, REALLY this time

Lets get this going. Everyone has been asking us about t this.

Lets make this a big one. Make an online flier and have these crews come join:
Gripwerks
City Stars
TopDown
EuroTechnics (or whatever it is now)
etc.

Leadbetter is for certain.
Lets pick a date for late Feb or early/mid March

Edwin, once we get a date settled, Im going to have you in charge of the taco truck. I have a guy who will be able to make us fliers

taco guy is expensive... I think we should stick to burgers or find some other solution
but im excited for this !!!!

due to the amount of people u say is going to come i think it will take tooooooo long to make all the burgers. but make that bomb chicken for close good friends that enjoy that cooking! PS I LOVE THAT COOKING! lol

Forgive me if I make rash decisions, its only bc ibwant to get this up and running. we will stick to burgers and hot dogs, a date needs to be agreed on, a Sunday preferably, and an event/game so people wont be sitting around doing nothing. Dodgeball or volleyball? Horseshoes on the side?

If the taco guy is real expensive then I guess we can just stick with the usual. Dodgeball on the beach would be easy to set up. We should keep the games pretty non-confrontational to avoid needless drama so no tackle football. Volleyball we need to setup and net and whatnot. Any other ideas? I think a good date would be Feb 19th so we got a month to plan and invite people. Enough notice where people can ask for days off and not enough time for random meets and shows to pop up and draw away people.

And once we get enough people agreeing on the date, I'll start putting the word out.

Feb 19 is the date then.
i will contact The guys from up north and the flier guy.
Dan, contact topdown and gripwerks. Ask them if it would be okay to put their logo on the e-flier.

Everyone else, once I get the fliers made, I ask of you guys to postwhore it on your forums/facebook/twitter/etc
