Monthly Botak Meet July 25

So there are several things going on right now, and I think Im going to make a poll soon, but I need some info first.

There's this Car Show that Jervin said thats in Delano, a Filipino Car Show at some middle school with festivities across the street. Delano is sort of far, about a 4 hour drive, past Bakersfield.

There is also some car show going on in Santa Barbara, Im not sure what event it is, but Adam said they were handing out fliers at the Earl Warren Car show. It doesnt seem to have an import category, but seems alright. here is the flier:

Or we can go to MB2 go kart racing, which is very similar to K1 Speed, and is much closer. (Located in Thousand Oaks, instead of OC)

yeah 4+hour drive not so much local car show or mb2 sounds good

Its actually a 2 and a half hour drive to delano.. 30 min away from bakersfield.

ok, so we gotta decide. its getting really close, and this month's meet is very unorganized. I think its kinda late to set up a BBQ, unless you guys just want a small one at the beach or we can go to the car show in SB.

Car show in SB:
35 at the door, 10 bucks off second car.
so for two cars, its 30 bucks each.

The thing with the BBQ is that we dont know who would be going yet, and we need to make sure we have enough food. But I would say about $20 pitch should work.

well if you guys still want to go to delano.. we have someone that can reserve us a spot together and we dont have to register until we get there.. theres also a just for KICs party friday night in bakersfield if you guys want to go.. its a sneaker party at a dope club.. well just letting you guys know for whoever is interested in going.....

i dont think the bbq is gonna happen, might go to the delano car show with you jervin.

i dont have any nice shoes but probably down to go to the show. how long we gonna stay up there?
