Eibach Meet (may 16th)

What hotel you staying at jerv? I just looked it up and theres a best western room, 79.99 for 2 doubles and the rest of us could shack up into those rooms sat night. Anyone bringing +1s or guests along with them?

Even if we don't get a hotel, the registration time is at 7 so we just gotta leave at 5. No big deal compared to what I'm used to haha

Regarding the day of the event, please print out your Paypal confirmation, and have your I.D. with you at the gate. For those that hang around the gate and ask to buy a spot the day of the event, we're completely packed, and don't plan to have any openings the day of. Even if some don't show up, we need all the space we can get. Thanks to everyone that purchased a spot, we'll see you out there. VtecVoodoo or I will post up the roll in time information for both the General and VIP groups as we get closer to the event.

Vendors: If you've purchased a booth space at the event, we'll be rolling you in a little earlier to give you plenty of time to get set up before the gates open.

On the day of the event, if you want to park with your friends or crew, you need to show up in line together - in a row. You may not wait off to the side for the others to make their way up. This clogs the lines every single year. Meet with your friends or crew around the corner, get organized, then jump into your line. There will be one line, if you jump out and try to get around, the police will direct you back to the end of the line, or ticket you for driving on the wrong side of the road. Use common sense, obey the laws, and you'll be rolled in with no problems. Thanks

Me and Rice are staying at the Holiday Inn 5 min away from Eibach w/ free breakfast.. got an extra bed if anyone is down just give me a few bucks to help out.. and you dont have to wake your ass up early in the morning and drive for 2 hours.. Dan let me know!

There's going to be a memorial meet about half an hour away from Eibach for Paul on the 16th as well. I'm probably going to leave Eibach a bit early and going to that to pay respects. I already asked and everyone is welcome to come by with me if you guys want to. Parking will be $10 for the park and about a $5 donation to get some food there. More donations are welcome and will go to a trust fund for his 9 month old son.

LMK if anyone wants to come or pitch in for the donation.
