| techno isn't bad.. but we would need more main stream music or more music that everybody would enjoy... unlike that dj from that santa paula car show that started playing music that only him and a few people there probably liked | |

| hahaha buuuuuut i like techno and so if we had techno music that would be cool too or to even just save money we can make a fatttttty playlist and just play music of our own and save money right there... but we would need a good enough system that wont sound like crap | |

| No a live DJ would be more attractive to the show goers. First things first though, we should find a good location and plan around that. The location will be the most expensive part of the show. | |

| List of things to keep in mind
-Location -Food (The INO truck would be ideal) -Bathrooms -Entertainment (Models, music, etc.) -Fencing(might be needed) -Sponsorships(Local businesses? Maybe bigger shops will donate some stuff for a raffle?) -Spectator fee? -Cost of showing -Trophies
Feel free to add more stuff as needed.
Some quick number crunching If the location costs $1000 to rent out, we'll need around 70 people to pay a $15 entrance fee to break even.
Fee = $25, we'll only need 40 people
Trophies I've seen on the previous website I posted up were around 40 bucks each. Considering we'll probably need different categories (Import, Domestic, Show, Race, Mild, Street, Lowest, etc.) I'll just say we'll need about ~40 trophies if we want a 1st 2nd 3rd place categories.
That'll be ~$1600 without a discount for a bulk order.
If we can get people to donate some things to raffle off, we can sell tickets for $1 each to help compensate costs as well.
I'm not sure the costs for the INO truck, fencing, and dj though.

| a closed off place would be ideal, so people can't sneak in if we decide to charge for spectators. Now that I think more about it, being our first show I don't think charging for spectators would be a good idea. We should get our name out first then once its a more established venue, we can charge for spectators. | |

| so we're looking at about a good 3000$ for hosting a show?... maybe even more... dang son! but we could all definitely do it by all pitching in and sponsors and stuff like that! | |

| ~$3000 cost at $25 a car for registration, we'll need 120 cars, 200 cars if we want to charge $15.
BTW I didnt realize trophies would be that damn expensive haha.

| Actually it might affect a whole lot! I found a trophy shop in LA called House of Trophies. You can customize all the trophies and I did one for ones for the lower trophies like Street and it ended up just being 18 bucks! Best of Show ones would cost about 50 bucks but we only need 2 of those whereas the others will cost the most. That'll cut down the costs for trophies to around 860. | |

| Ya I didn't think the prices were going to vary that much either until I worked it through sadly though there won't be a bulk discount unless we have identical trophies (counting the engraving). Even then the discount isn't that great at 2%. | |

| Sounds great so far. I'd still vote for Earl Warren Ground or Elligns Park.
Earl Warren ground. We just need to rent the parking lots of Earl Warren ground. and there are more than 1000 parking spots.
